Most people feel down from time to time and maybe a bit depressed.

But what do you do if your are feeling low and depressed most of the time? What if you can’t eat or sleep, or you feel like sleeping all the time? What if you’re worried that you’ll never feel any better, or if you feel suicidal? These can be difficult times.

Someone from CAMHS can listen to you and support you and when you are feeling better they can help you find ways to manage things that might be getting you down.

Talk to your GP,social worker, teacher or youth worker to help decide which service would be best for you.
